Located just 50m from the beach, backing on to The Esplanade, and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants of Torquay. Bells Cottage has a great sized living, dining and kitchen area. There is also an alfresco area with a BBQ out in the courtyard. The two bedrooms are located away from the living areas, with a queen bed in the master bedroom and two sets of single bunks beds (top bunks not suitable for adults) in the second room, this property is perfect for families. The small rear yard is ample for children and pets alike. There is a garage for parking of one vehicle, and plenty of off street parking in the centre median strip of Pride Street. You will not believe that you are right in the heart of Torquay when you are tucked away in your cottage. With a dishwasher, TV, washer and dryer, split system for aircon and heating the cottage represents outstanding value. Fully self contained Kitchen with everything you need to self cater.
